Scan now: registering is the voucher (50 / 100 / 150 € off the implementation fee, no minimum term). Their phone then shows this same countdown.
Dinner. The phone rings. Unknown number. A patient. Pick up and dinner is over; don't, and they call the next clinic on Google.
Shout it out. Wait for a real number. Repeat it back. Then: how much is one new patient worth to you per year?
Three missed calls a day is normal. Even if a third would have booked, this is what walked out while the phone rang. Every month.
Not your receptionist's fault: one call at a time, 8 hours. Patients call at lunch, after work, Saturday, three at once. A second receptionist is 700–900 €/month and still misses evenings.
Answers every call in Serbian, 24h, as many at once as you get. Books into your calendar, reschedules, cancels, and forwards urgent calls to you with the caller's name. Say "asistent", never "AI".
Pick two or three doctors; they call the number on speaker, one after another or together (ceiling ~5 calls). 30–40 s each. Fallback: Andrej plays the demo audio on the speaker. Keys: C = +1 called, V = +1 answered, Z = reset; the count stays as a chip on slides 8–10.
Next month: phone in the other room at 19:40. Receptionist leaves at 16:00 with nothing to call back. Calendar fills on Saturday. (Add Dr {name} testimonial if secured.)
Same ringing phone at dinner. Same 66 patients a month going to the clinic that picked up. You told me the number ten minutes ago.
Two ways: sit down now and we set you up today, voucher off the implementation fee; or scan, book a 15-min call this week with the same code shown on their phone. Andrej and Krsman raise hands.
